Exchange & Refund

Before we ship goods, we make sure that the quality is 100% right so that you and your furry friends can enjoy them for as long as possible. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 working days. We will find a solution for this and will do our best to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase from us!

If the goods are returned in their original condition within 7 working days of receipt, you are entitled to a refund or an exchange of the product.

However, as a small business, we cannot be held responsible for the shipping costs for all returns or for re-shipping; any costs incurred in this regard must be borne by the buyer.

We recommend insuring the return shipment of the products to ensure that the return actually reaches us. We accept no liability for uninsured returns that are stolen or lost.

Personalized scarves and bows cannot be exchanged as they cannot be resold. Sale items cannot be returned either. Exchanges and refunds due to a change of mind are also not accepted. We also accept no liability for goods damaged by incorrect care (see care instructions).

To avoid an exchange or refund due to an incorrect size, please measure your four-legged friend's neck circumference carefully and follow the size chart.
