Within Germany:
- For all shipments within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of €2.80 (including VAT). Free shipping for orders from an order value of €29.00.
- The dispatch takes place via Deutsche Post Warenpost with shipment tracking.
Within the rest of Europe:
- For all shipments within the rest of Europe we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.80 (including VAT). Free shipping for orders from an order value of €79.00.
- The dispatch takes place via Deutsche Post Warenpost International with shipment tracking.
- We deliver worldwide. Any applicable customs and import fees must be paid by the recipient
Outside Europe:
- For all shipments outside Europe we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.80 (including VAT). Free shipping for orders from an order value of €79.00.
- The dispatch takes place via Deutsche Post Warenpost International with shipment tracking.
- We deliver worldwide. Any applicable customs and import fees must be paid by the recipient
Processing and delivery times
- All products are made individually after ordering. The processing time until dispatch is 1 - 2 weeks.
- After receipt of the shipping confirmation, the delivery time within Germany is usually 1 - 2 working days.
- Delivery times can vary greatly for international shipping. Please find out more from your respective shipping provider.
