We accept the following payment methods :

All orders will only be processed after receipt of payment. Please pay the invoice amount within 7 days:

• If you select PAYPAL as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal in the next step. Once you have entered the required data, you will automatically be taken back to this shop to complete your order.
• If you select the SOFORT transfer payment method, you will be redirected to SOFORT in the next step. Once you have entered the required data there, you will automatically be taken back to this shop to complete the order.

Shipping , both within Germany and internationally, is climate-neutral via Deutsche Post Warenpost with shipment tracking.

• For all shipments within Germany we charge a flat shipping fee of €2.80 (incl. VAT).
• For all shipments within Europe we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.80 (incl. VAT).
• For all shipments outside Europe we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.80 (incl. VAT).

Any customs and import fees that may arise must be borne by the recipient.

Since all products are made by hand, the usual processing time is between 5 and 7 working days. At particularly busy times (such as Easter or Christmas) this time can be extended to up to 14 working days.
